This event would formally introduce the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiative between ICMSE Nig. Ltd. and the Rivers State Ministry of Agriculture on 30th July, 2015 aimed at boosting rice cultivation in Rumuewhor, Emuoha LGA. The initiative was strategically linked with the Niger Delta Development Commission’s (NDDC) rice processing mill in Elele Alimini and seeks to harness the agricultural potential of the region for sustainable economic growth.
